Australia: drug-induced deaths 2004-2023

NDARC’s Drug Trends output: Trends in overdose and other drug-induced deaths in Australia, 2004-2023 shows 1,762 drug-induced and 1,700 alcohol-induced deaths in 2023, 75% of drug-induced deaths were at home, and 71% were unintentional, among other statistics.
