What people really want from their GP

University of Southampton reviewed 33 studies and focused on patients’ expectations and preferences regarding access to their GP in England and Scotland. People were looking for connection, choice and other simple needs – but patient satisfaction with general practice is at an all-time low, with 2/3rds unsatisfied.
