Korea: death after company dinners

Seoul Administrative Court’s Administrative Division 3 recognised an industrial accident in the case of a company employee who died of acute alcohol poisoning after 3 consecutive days of company dinners. “Given the nature of a welcome event… it would have been difficult for him to refuse alcohol.”
