US: cocaine is back

The lessons from the last cocaine epidemic are forgotten, Mark Gold MD bemoaned in Psychology Today. According to the CDC, drug overdose deaths involving stimulants have increased in the US – and over 5 years, overdose death rates involving cocaine almost doubled from 4.5 to 8.6 per 100,000 population.
