“No alcohol” in Scottish government

A Freedom of Information request revealed terms of the Scottish government alcohol and drugs policy, opening with “You are not permitted to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs whilst at work. This applies to activities being undertaken on Scottish Government premises, or on other premises… as part of your work”.
