Evaluation of the Scottish Government Residential Rehabilitation programme: Analysis of 2023 client-level data was published yesterday by Public Health Scotland. 42% of people started a placement for alcohol use, 32% for drug use and 26% for both. 45% of patients were referred by another substance misuse service, 26% by a health service, with only 14% self referred.
