Cannabinoid Hyperemesis Syndrome

The University of Illinois Chicago findings suggest that CHS represents a growing share of emesis-related hospital emergency department visits, especially among younger adults. Greater awareness, standardized diagnostic practices, and use of the recently added ICD-10 codes (F12.188) could improve recognition and management.
