Acadia to pay $179million

Acadia Healthcare agreed to pay $179million to settle a class action lawsuit that alleged securities fraud. The settlement will include a release “with no admission or finding of liability by Acadia or any of its former or current officers”. The company faced major lawsuits in the past, paying $405million then $400million.
