US Health and Human Services budget

Yesterday Congress released its version of the 2026 budget for the Department of Health and Human Services, which includes SAMHSA – which remains a standalone entity. It was approved in the House Appropriations Committee on a bi-partisan basis, so chances of passage in the House are high, NAATP noted. Funding is at levels similar to the previous year.
