SNP shamed over drug deaths failure

The SNP was shamed over Scotland’s drug deaths failure as it failed to hit its rehab target – and handed £8million to a quango that wants to increase drug availability by decriminalising them. It failed in its promise to provide 650 rehab beds for addicts by 2026, and cut the Budget for drugs and alcohol policies despite rising deaths.
