The European Union Drugs Agency’s Single programming document 2026-2028 sets out what EUDA will deliver and why, linking strategic goals to concrete actions, expected outputs and resource planning. EUDA will support evidence-based policy, strengthen preparedness and improve coordination across the EU in addressing drug-related challenges.
