Tobacco and Vapes Bill: update

The House of Lords completed scrutiny of Tobacco and Vapes Bill as it had its 3rd reading this week, “a chance for members to make sure the eventual law is effective, workable and without loopholes”. The Tobacco and Vapes Bill aims to create the first “smoke-free generation”.
