Vaping: harms we can’t ignore

When e-cigarettes appeared around 2010, public health bodies endorsed e-cigs as a tool for adult smokers to quit, often claiming that vaping was 95% less harmful than smoking. Over a decade later, evidence says that deserves a harder look. One example is 50% higher odds of elevated blood pressure.
