A gambling class-action suit emerges

Attorneys working with ClassAction.org are looking to file lawsuits against FanDuel and DraftKings on behalf of people enticed into using the platforms when they were under the age of 18, as well as anyone who was diagnosed with gambling addiction or a related mental health condition as a result of using the online sportsbooks.
