Managing clusters of drug-related harms

Public Health Scotland published Guidance on the management of clusters of drug-related harms which sets out how you can prepare, monitor, identify and respond to these. This approach may be led locally by alcohol and drug partnerships or by NHS public health directorates.This guide should be read with the management of public health incidents.
