Serving the multiply disadvantaged

People experiencing multiple disadvantages often interact with many services simultaneously, including housing, health, justice and welfare – and can fall between gaps when services operate in isolation. Policy Lab worked with the Ministry for Communities, Housing and Local Government’s Changing Futures programme to help central government and local partners enable delivery.
