The CDC et al released Alcohol Consumption During Pregnancy Among Women Aged 18-49 Years – US 2021-2024. Pregnant women who were not married had about twice the prevalence of current drinking, binge drinking and heavy drinking compared with those who were married. Pregnant women reporting frequent mental distress had about twice the prevalence of current drinking and binge drinking and 3 times the prevalence of heavy drinking.
