Government response to ACMD report on ethylbromazolam 

The government accepted the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs recommendation that ethylbromazalom be controlled under Class C of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and scheduled under Schedule 1 to the Misuse of Drugs Regulations 2001. The government will seek to implement the control and scheduling of ethylbromazalom “as soon as Parliamentary time allows”.
