WHO Regional Office for Europe et al published Quantifying the potential of alcohol policies for cancer prevention in the EU: a modelling study which concluded that “Implementation of major alcohol policies could prevent thousands of cancer cases in the EU” and “should be integrated within EU and national cancer control frameworks”.
