Taxpayer ££ to pay for drug fix kits

Scotland’s drug users are set to receive £4million worth of free fix kits, while campaigners blasted a lack of rehab treatment spending, the Sun newspaper reported. Public Services Delivery Scotland, which provides services and advice to the NHS and public sector, has posted a contract to source injecting equipment “for people who use drugs”.
