“Addiction affects every community in America. Nearly 190million Americans are affected by addiction, more than half of the country. That’s why HHS is moving our country from a fragmented addiction response to a connected system that provides Americans with better access to treatment, sustained recovery, and the ability to rebuild their lives,” HHS announced.
