University College London and Students’ Union UCL were awarded the Drug and Alcohol Impact Accreditation from SOS UK, Students Organising for Sustainability, the 1st London University to be recognised this way. This also follows guidance published by Universities UK in 2024 which called for a sector-wide harm reduction approach to drugs.
