Pregnant women have harder time quitting nicotine than opioids

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center’s Addiction Resource Center found that over 90% of the women, highly motivated to stop using heroin or other opioids, can’t stop smoking cigarettes, even after quitting opioids.
