European Commission to ban 7 psychoactive substances

Yesterday, the EC proposed banning 7 new psychoactive substances, in addition to 9 others banned previously this year. The 7, including “spice”, “herbal incense” and “legal weed”, belong to 2 categories: 4 of them are synthetic cannabinoids, 3 are synthetic opioids closely related to fentanyl.
