University of Buckingham will be 1st ‘drugs free’ campus

Sir Anthony Seldon, the university’s vice-chancellor, said students would have to sign a contract promising not to take drugs on university property. He explained that universities need to take more responsibility as they were “failing their students on drugs and mental health”.
