Further advice on scheduling of cannabis-derived medicinal products

Yesterday’s letter from ACMD chair Dr Owen Bowden-Jones to the Home Secretary Sajid Javid and Secretary of State for Health and Social Care Matt Hancock, responding to the consultation on a proposed definition of cannabis-derived medicinal products. This follows the ACMD’s initial short-term advice recommending products meeting this definition are moved out of the requirements of schedule 1.
