Trade of NPSs has moved from the surface to the deep web, and from high street shops to the black market. At music festivals, many ecstasy products (tablets and crystals) were found to contain NPS mixtures (eg, pentylone and N-ethylpentylone) and have taken the lives of a few attendees in 2018.
