Early day motion 1682 – Alcohol charter

MPs draw attention to “this House is alarmed that alcohol treatment services have been severely cut while the affordability and availability of alcohol, and alcohol dependency, have increased dramatically; notes that liver disease is now the only major cause of death in the UK which is rising”.
