Hundreds released into homelessness after Leeds prison

Figures uncovered by a Freedom of Information request revealed that at least 429 men were homeless when they were released from the prison between 2015-2018. This leads to recidivism (and addiction), with some even telling Leeds Live that prison is preferable accommodation.
