Public Affairs Board releases new lobbying code of conduct

The code comes into effect on 28 February. The PRCA-established definition of public affairs is used in the Code, defined as “activities which are carried out in the course of a business for the purpose of influencing government or advising others how to influence government” and lobbyists can’t employ parliamentarians.
