Ireland: cocaine addicts seeking treatment almost doubles since 2011

The number of people seeking treatment for cocaine addiction rose by over 30% in a year and almost doubled since 2011, the Health Research Board revealed yesterday. The data indicate that problem cocaine use is growing with the economy, its chief researcher noted.
