For the 1st time, major drug company is criminally charged in opioid crisis

Rochester Drug Co-Operative, one of the top 10 largest drug distributors in the US, was charged yesterday with conspiracy to violate narcotics laws, conspiracy to defraud the US and willfully failing to file suspicious order reports to the DEA. Its former CEO and former chief compliance officer were photographed in handcuffs.
