Drug deaths spiked during lockdowns’ limited support

Drug deaths across Scotland rose during coronavirus lockdowns last year with a significant increase over Christmas, according to a confidential Public Health Scotland report published after a freedom of information request, the Times confirms. Deaths fell when lockdowns eased.
