DEA: ‘Take Back Day’ collects over 900,000 lbs of drugs

In 2020 alone, americans returned over 900,000 pounds of drugs during Take Back Day – almost 500 tons of unused prescription drugs. This is the safest way to dispose of prescription meds you no longer need, Fox29 reports.
