Judge: “Mind-altering drugs not the answer”

A man in court on drug charges was told by the judge that ‘mind-altering drugs’ are not the most appropriate way of dealing with his mental health and self-harm issues. He was not imprisoned but advised to attend a doctor or counsellor.
