Fentanyl ravages San Francisco’s Tenderloin

In the past 2 years, over 1,300 people died of overdoses in San Francisco, a rise driven by the emergence of fentanyl – almost half of these deaths were in the Tenderloin and adjoining South of Market districts where drug use was officially sanctioned.
