NAATP joins national collaboration for insurance parity

In Wit v United Behavioral Health, it was found that UBH routinely denied patients insurance for mental health and substance use disorder treatment – but that judgment was later reversed. Now, the National Association of Addiction Treatment Providers has joined others to file an Amicus Curiae Brief  that the decision be reheard.
