Australia: ‘medical’ cannabis companies fined over false claims

Australia’s drugs regulator, the Therapeutic Goods Administration, issued 73 infringement notices over claims cannabis prescriptions could treat conditions such as cancer and epilepsy. The infringement notices total $972,360 between MGC Pharmaceuticals, Cannatrek and Little Green Pharma.
