Speaking in the opening ceremony of the 1st wellbeing and empowerment center for adolescent girls in Razavi Khorasan Province, Dr Robin Nandy said that the UNICEF office in Iran had offered assistance in codifying and implementing family- and school-related programs in preventing addiction.
