PM’s chief of staff: Big Tobacco links

Mark Fullbrook, the prime minister’s most senior adviser, has worked on behalf of British American Tobacco and Philip Morris, maker of Marlboro cigarettes. The government is considering shelving plans on tackling smoking, which health secretary Thérèse Coffey could not deny. Dan Poulter MP thinks Coffey is putting ideology above health.
