Tony Adams has been applauded for taking part in Strictly Come Dancing to promote awareness for mental health and addiction. The Cotswolds-based star said: “I came in here with one message – if you’ve got an issue with mental health or addiction, please don’t suffer in silence. Reach out for help”.
