New York’s drug problem: with the aroma and sales of cannabis seemingly everywhere, legalization set off a cultivation boom that produced 300,000 lbs of weed, valued at $750million, in its first harvest. Illegal stores are selling unregulated and untested cannabis products aimed at children.
