Leaked report reveals scale of crisis in England’s mental-health services

Suicides are rising and 75% of those needing help are not receiving it, reports the Guardian. Mental Health Taskforce offers a 5-year view. And the BBC says that mental-health care is so poor and underfunded that “lives are being ruined”.
