PHE: notification of tobacco or herbal products for smoking

The Tobacco and Related Products Regulations (2016), requires all producers of tobacco & herbal products for smoking to provide the government with certain information. Public Health England is the UK Competent Authority for notifications for this, and has published an update. The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency is the Authority for electronic cigarettes.
