‘People dying waiting for drug and alcohol treatment’

People are dying because they are not getting drug and alcohol abuse treatment, according to the Welsh Conservatives. Meanwhile, the head of Wales’ only residential rehabilitation centre, Brynawel, said it is operating at only 60% capacity and not getting referrals from councils to be cost-effective.
