China sentences another Canadian to death for drug trafficking

Fan Wei is 2nd Canadian to be sentenced to death for drug offences in China this year amid diplomatic tensions. He was part of a narcotics syndicate which produced and sold 63.38kg (140 pounds) of methamphetamine as well as other drugs.
