Addiction is crippling many businesses today. According to a recent article in Fortune, addiction affects over 20million americans directly, of whom 75% are part of the workplace. Substance abuse problems cost the economy $442billion dollars a year and the brunt of the hit is due to absenteeism, lost productivity and health care costs. Interventionist Louise Stanger explains.
