Marijuana lawmaker arraigned and guilty

A former state lawmaker who represented Baltimore and was a leading advocate for legalizing marijuana in Maryland faces up to 25 years in prison on bribery and fraud charges. She pleaded guilty to accepting over $33,000 in bribes in exchange for legislative actions, including for the marijuana industry.
