Rehab beds will give drug addicts sense of hope amid spiralling death count

Daily Record‘s Darren McGarvey says rehab offers the chance of recovery but that the number of beds available has shrunk as drug deaths have risen. As the SNP prepares its budget for the coming year, many in the recovery community have called for at least £15.4million investment in rehabs and asked MSPs to consider ratifying a budget that does not contain this essential funding.
