Alcohol is everywhere – addiction treatment isn’t

Alcohol-related illnesses kill 88,000+ americans per year – and the alcohol industry is thriving in the pandemic. Worse, excessive drinking formed in pandemic isolation can be hard to shake, as seen after traumas like 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. Worse again, many addiction treatment services are now shut or harder to access.
